Vicosap Crispy Dried Macapuno: Applying advanced freeze-dried technology, crispy dried macapuno product is a great combination of indigenous raw materials and modern processing technology, helping to retain the characteristic fatty flavor of the macapuno, sugar content is low at only 1%, so it is very suitable for dieters, diabetics, and 100% of the nutrients in fresh  macapuno are retained after processing.

  • According to Dr. Erlinda Rillo of the Philippine Coconut Commission (PCA), research shows that Macapuno coconut has higher nutritional content than normal coconut, especially galactomannan content, so it is used as food and cosmetics.
